
This website is designed to provide our user with a wide range of physical and recreational activities to encourage our visitors to engage in physical activities that can stimulate their intellectual thinking.
Our physical activities are designed to help all participants to improve their physical, intellectual, and mental wellbeing. Some of our activities can be delivered virtually from the comfort of your own home whilst the other activities are delivered outdoors in our gym, and our re-creational facilities. We thrive to ensure that we provide a wide range of environments that is suitable for the delivery of all our physical activities.
According to the World Health Organization 2020 guidelines on physical activity and sedentary behaviour. All adults should undertake 150–300 min of moderate-intensity, or 75–150 min of vigorous-intensity physical activity, or some equivalent combination of moderate-intensity and vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity, per week.
The article reaffirms the messages that some physical activity is better than none, that more physical activity is better for optimal health outcomes.
The article also expresses that among children and adolescents, an average of 60 min/day of moderate-to-vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity across the week provides health benefits.
