We aim to accomplish our mission to encourage people of all ages, faiths, gender, ethnicity, social and economic class to engage in regular physical activities by running several marketing and outreach campaigns both on and offline to reach our target group.

Once we’ve engaged with our target group and they have expressed interest in taking part in our physical activities, we support them to formulate a plan which will include ascertaining the best physical activities that will enable them to achieve their goals as well as a daily, weekly, and monthly and quarterly action plan to help them to meet their targets.
