Action Physic holds and adheres to a rigorous Terms and condition. Our terms and conditions include the following key sections.

Prices
All pricing are only available for a set period from the day they are made available on our website and sent to the client. All prices are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of our business and the consistent change in the global market.

Payment
Payment can be made directly on our website or in person at our heard office. Please note that payment should be made 3 days before the start of your session.

Cancellation
Payment and booking cancellation should be made 48 hours before the start of the session.

Refund
Payments made in cash will be refunded in cash, whilst payment made by credit or debit card will be refunded back into the exact same card that the payment was made from.

Re-scheduling Sessions
Sessions can be re-scheduled at any point in time. However, we cannot guarantee that a next time slot will be available on the exact day and time of your choice. When rescheduling, please allow 48 hours before the start of your session.

Non-Attendance
In the unlikely event that a client is unable to attend a session without prior notice of non-attendance, the client will lose all payments made for that session and will not be permitted to reschedule the session.

Booking on Behalf of Clients
Bookings can be made on behalf of clients and other groups. Please ensure to provide the first and last name of everyone in the group booking.

Personal Belongings
Clients are expected to keep all personal belongings in a safe and secure locker provided by Action Physic. Action Physic will not be held accountable for any items or belongings that get lost as a result of not being kept in a safe and secure locker.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for all materials on this website shall remain the property of Action Physic. The client and website user agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, hire, lend, or copy the materials except for the purpose of personal reference.
